After deposit of the account activation fee, you will get an active account in 45 to 90 minutes hours ( If you have star value 3)Star value of each Plan is given as below:

Open Package  1 star

Normal Package   3 star

If you Signup Open Plan then you Star value of 1 but according to Terms & Conditions you must have a star value of 3 to active login. So you can increase your Star value by following methods:

•  Can Signup 3 other account in Open plan then both login will have Star value 3 & both can get active login.
•  Can Buy Normal Plan (Pay complete amount 18,999/PKR & your previously deposited amount will refund in next 6 hours after activation of normal package)then you will have Star value 3 and will get active login.
• You have Maximum 6 hours to Increase your Star Value.

Open plan with star value 1  is available for groups user. Mean when three users join an open plan with the same User key. After signup, all 3 users will have a star value of 3 and can get active login. To Buy Open Package you have to pay an activation fee is all three accounts in a single transition For Users, key contact us on Whatsapp.

• If you can’t complete your Star in a given time, then the registration fee will be non-refundable this rule is applicable after 25 August 2022.
• In smart Refund, you can close your account after getting login info within the next 6 hours & will get your complete deposit amount in just 1 to 4 hours.
  

  How to Close account?

  To Close account you must have star value of 3 or above

  You can close your account by following the methods given below:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to Account Setting
  • Select Manage Account
  • Click on Close account
  • Write why you are closing your account
  • Enter your account info where you want to get a refund
  • Confirm to close the account
  • You will get a refund within the next 1 to 4 hours in your provided account info
